I’ve been an athlete my whole life—Division 1 track and field, every sport growing up, always moving. But even with all that, I never truly loved my body. I was strong, but I was small—and I wanted to build.
Over the past 6 years, I went from 110 to 158 lbs through consistent lifting, smart bulking and cutting cycles, and building a routine that worked for me. I didn’t take shortcuts. I lifted heavy, stayed locked in, and made fitness fit my life. I even stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding competition, dropped 25 lbs, and pushed far past what I thought was possible.
I’ve gained, lost, rebuilt, and transformed—mentally and physically.
